Founder / Director Campbell Wills
Campbell is an experienced small business owner with an extensive background of project management in financial technology. He’s Sydney born and bred, and has enjoyed a life on the water – from early morning kayak fishing in Sydney Harbour, to cruising the Whitsunday Islands, to international scuba diving adventures.
Campbells background in project management and executive recruitment comes as no surprise, as he is a people person in the true sense of the term. He’s ultra passionate about The Adventure Boat Company and its customers, and loves to get involved in all aspects of the business.
Campbell’s leisure time is all about family, fishing, boating, hiking, and any adventure that gets him off the beaten track.
CEO Jay Lancaster
Jay leans on over 25 years of sales, marketing and marine industry experience, to support the TABC team to deliver uncompromised experiences to their customers. His passion for the ocean started at 7 years old, growing up surfing on the Gold Coast. Boats were soon to follow, whether it was fishing with mates, or exploring the remote islands of Indonesia on surf charter boats. His time in the industry has been a diverse blend of experiences from owning a marine marketing and content creation company, to an international yacht broker, to travelling the world working as everything from deckhand to captain on boats ranging from 20 – 74 metres.
He’s passionate about people, he’s passionate about having fun, and his focus is to translate that into exceptional experiences for customers on the water.
When Jay’s not working, he’s enjoying time with his family, surfing, and training jiu jitsu.
Operations & Client Services Lead Emma Waters
Emma has a methodical and pragmatic approach to problem solving and implementing processes, that has been developed in over 10 years working in the real estate industry internationally, and in support roles with some of the industry’s highest achievers.
Emma is known for her caring nature and is driven by a passion for helping others. She approaches each task with a blend of empathy and strategic acumen, ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction.
Outside of work, Emma enjoys coastal treks with her husband Adam, and beloved dog, Kent. She also finds happiness in horseback riding, pilates, and enjoys foody explorations and wine tastings.
Finance, Legal & Compliance Sharon Wills
Sharon has accumulated over 15 years of experience in the legal field at the highest level. Sharon grew up on a farm in country NSW and experienced her first boating adventure after meeting Campbell in her early 20’s. Together they have raised their three children on, or around boats for the last 30 years. It has never been an adventure in the Wills family unless it involves boats or water!
Her diligence and attention to detail ensures that TABC customers are well supported behind the scenes, leaving them free to enjoy their boating adventures.
Sharon is all about outdoor adventures and is a lifelong learner. So, if she’s not reading, she’s bushwalking, trail running, camping, or mountaineering.
Service Manager Angus Raw
Angus has honed his technical knowledge and customer service over 10 years in international yachting on 20 – 40 metre yachts, working his way up to becoming a captain and engineer. And more recently has spent 3 years in Australia as a service and refit manager.
Angus is a technically minded problem solver with a passion for customer service and is always looking for ways to improve the after sales customer experience.
Angus loves a good adventure on his boat, in the bush, or at the beach. He loves family time and is a fan of board sports such as surfing, snowboarding and kitesurfing. Oh, and watching the Rugby with his golden retriever Barrels.
